Polyurethane thermal insulation steel pipe is a high-efficiency, three-layer prefabricated composite piping system designed for underground and overhead hot medium transmission. The structure typically comprises a steel carrier pipe (inner), rigid polyurethane foam (insulation layer), and a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) outer casing (or steel outer shell). Engineered to minimize heat loss and prevent corrosion, it is widely used in district heating, hot water supply, and industrial fluid transport.
Supplies high-performance insulated steel pipes (also known as pre-insulated or jacketed pipes) designed for efficient thermal transfer in underground and above-ground heating networks. The composite structure consists of a seamless/ERW/SSAW steel carrier pipe, rigid polyurethane (PU) foam insulation, and a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or steel outer casing. Compliant with CJ/T 114, EN 253 and ASTM standards, our pipes minimize heat loss and prevent corrosion in long-distance hot water, steam, and oil transmission. Operating temperature up to 140°C (peak 150°C). Custom diameters from Φ32mm to Φ1620mm. Mill certificates and third-party inspection available.
