Applicable to material conveying pipelines with severe wear and scouring, such as mine backfill, concentrate, and tailings transportation; pulverized coal feeding, coal powder, ash removal, slag discharge, desulfurization, and dust removal pipelines in coal-fired power plants; water-quenched slag, blast furnace injection, steelmaking red mud, sintered white ash, and dust removal pipelines in steel enterprises; raw meal, clinker, cement, coal powder, and dust collection in the cement industry, as well as aluminum liquid and titanium dioxide powder conveying pipelines in other industries.
The ceramic-lined composite steel pipe is composed of corundum ceramic (Al2O3) layer, transition layer, and steel pipe layer from inside to outside. The ceramic layer is formed by molten alumina above 2600°C under centrifugal force, uniformly infiltrated and composited on the inner wall of the steel pipe, creating a dense, smooth ceramic layer integrated with the steel pipe.
The ceramic steel pipe produced by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis centrifugal technology has a stable organizational structure. Based on years of use in electric power, coal, metallurgy, mining, building materials, and other industrial sectors, compared with ordinary seamless steel pipes, the service life of the ceramic-lined composite steel pipe increases by more than ten times. It can replace cast stone pipes, alloy pipes, organic material lined pipes, etc., and is an ideal wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant pipeline.

1. Excellent Wear Resistance:
The inner layer is corundum ceramic with Mohs hardness above 9.0, equivalent to HRC90 or more, thus providing high wear resistance for any medium conveyed in electric power, coal, metallurgy, and mining industries.
2. Low Running Resistance Loss:
Due to the smooth inner surface and permanent rust-free property, there are no convex spiral lines on the inner surface like those found in seamless steel pipes.
3. Low Engineering Cost:
Light weight reduces support/hanger costs and handling expenses. The total engineering cost of ceramic composite steel pipes is equivalent to cast stone pipes, and 20%~30% lower compared to wear-resistant steel pipes.
4. Good Temperature Resistance:
Long-term normal operation within the temperature range of -50~900°C, with a material expansion coefficient of 6~8×10⁻⁶/°C.
5. Easy Installation:
The product has excellent comprehensive performance such as heat resistance and mechanical impact resistance, making construction and installation convenient, which can reduce installation costs.
