Lever Type Spring Full-Lift Safety Valve (A48Y Series)

The A48Y lever type spring full-lift safety valve is an automatic pressure-relief device that protects boilers, pressure vessels and piping systems from overpressure. Its spring-loaded full-lift mechanism opens fully at the set pressure for maximum discharge capacity, while the manual lifting lever allows quick testing and pressure verification. Available in WCB (Type C), CF8 (Type P) and CF8M (Type R) versions with flanged connections to GB/T9113 and HG20592 standards, it is a reliable protection solution for steam, air, gas and corrosive media applications.

Overview

The A48Y series is a lever-operated, spring-loaded full-lift safety valve designed for automatic overpressure protection of industrial equipment and pipelines. When the system pressure reaches the set value, the valve lifts fully and discharges quickly, then reseats automatically as pressure returns to normal — ensuring safe, stable and repeatable operation.
